2.2 Anchor Yeast reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled you will receive a refund credit to your account.

2.3 All orders placed for more than 5kg must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment.

2.4 Anchor Yeast may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

2.5 Where payment is not made by credit card, payment terms will be within Anchor Yeast's discretion and unless otherwise agreed, payment must be received prior to shipment of the products.

2.6 You will be liable for any sales or any other taxes or duties which may be payable on the products or services ordered through this site.

3 DELIVERY

3.1 Any given delivery date or time may be adjusted by Anchor Yeast in order to facilitate and optimise delivery methods. Whilst every effort will be made to comply as far as possible with your delivery requirements, Anchor Yeast shall not be liable for any loss of profit or any damages direct or indirect (including consequential damages) which may arise as a result of late deliveries or delays or failure to deliver through any cause whatsoever.

3.2 Shipping charges will be reflected as a separate charge on all invoices, except in the case of the trial pack where shipping charges are included in the quoted price on the web page.

3.3 Any direct loss or damage of any products ordered through the site, arising during shipping by a carrier organised by Anchor Yeast shall be Anchor Yeast's responsibility. Anchor Yeast shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage of any products ordered through the site, arising during shipping by a carrier selected by you.

9 BREACH

9.1 any amounts due to us in terms of this agreement;

9.2 any loss or damage suffered by us as a consequence of the breach by you of any term of this agreement or the cancellation of this agreement.

10 GENERAL

10.1 This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the internal laws of the Republic of South Africa.

10.2 No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.

10.3 You may not assign, transfer, or delegate this agreement or any part of it without Anchor Yeast's prior written consent.

10.4 Anchor Yeast may freely transfer, assign, or delegate all or any part of this agreement, and any rights and duties thereunder, without the requirement of consent.

10.5 This Agreement will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successor, and permitted assigns of the parties.

10.6 Any disputes or claim arising from this agreement shall be dealt with by and in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa.
